I'm so Sorry Barb!

It's hard to know what to say when someone losses someone close. But I do want Barb Starr to know that I'm thinking of her and hope that she will have hope in her future. I know that things like this happen and it is not easy to go through but we must go through some really hard things to personally grow and gain experience. The Lord must have needed Craig back.
You can continue on Barb, you are stronger then you think. May you receive much peace of mind as you continue to go through this journey of life. Something that I know that really helps, is to show Charity toward others. Keep yourself busy doing good things.
You have many friends and family that care and want to be there for you, let them. Take care of yourself, Robin

We all survived the Holidays

It was wonderful having all the family together, playing, eating, celebrating and enjoying good company, what a great way to end 2009. We are looking forward to 2010 being better than 2009.

Dallen's 15th Birthday/Halloween

Dallen had a nice birthday. Tracy,Dallen and Dallen's friend Mason went on friday night to Haunted Hallow and to Toad's to play lazer-tag. On Saturday Dallen got a gallon of chocolate milk,eggnog,sparkling cider,two shirts, two bags of candy and some exercise equipment. The three of us (Tracy,Dallen and Robin) went down to Tina's where Megan is staying to join in the fun of handing out candy to trick or treaters, eating some pizza, having carmel apples,candy and watching scary movies. Dallen spent the night there with Megan (Especially after scary movies). Over all I think it was a pretty good Sweet "15" for Dallen.

Megan and I got to go Scrapbooking this last weekend

We got to the Cystal Inn in Brigham City about 11 am Friday, had lunch at old grist mill across the street, did some scrapbooking and then went on a in hotel walk about, scrapbooked some more, had a catered dinner of pasta and breadsticks that night, did another walk about, along with many hours of scrapbooking and finally win something in the drawings. We stayed up 'til 11 pm, went to room#215 on the second floor for the night. I got up and headed down to scrapbook at 7:30 am on Saturday morning , did some and had a very good contininital breakfast of buscuits and gravy, got Megan a muffin and hot chocolate, just in case. Megan joined me around 10am, had missed the breakfast time, so she had her muffin and tried to drink the watered down hot chocolate. We continued to scrapbook until 3pm. I really think we both got quite a bit done. Dallen wasn't feeling well, so we headed home just a little earlier then planned. It has been a great scrapbook gathering and I'm so glad I got to spend it with Megan, to bad Shantell couldn't have been there. It's nice to be able to do these kinds of things with my girls. Hope we can do alot more together down the road!!!

Makenna wasn't quite sure what we were all up to!!! We got dinner from the El Matador and Shantell said she would fix breakfast!!!

Megan and I went down to Shantell's while the guys were deer hunting on friday night and spent the night. It was fun. Girls night together!!!

Weekend in St. George at our condo

We spent the weekend in St. George before Travis left for Basic Training in the Navy. Megan and Travis couldn't come with us because they had to move out of their apartment in Logan and Travis needed to be in Salt Lake City on Monday. We had a good time but it was only the three of us, Tracy, Dallen and myself. Cody, Shantell and Makenna couldn't make it either.

Travis leaves for the Navy

Megan & I, Travis's dad, Jerry, Travis's mom, Nikki and his brother, Mitchell went to Salt Lake to Farewell Travis off on his adventure with the Navy. He got sworn in.

After that Megan and I went to the airport, taking Travis's brother along with us. It was nice to actually say goodbye to Travis there.

I loved seeing Travis, Megan and Mitchell just hanging out having fun together.

Hope all is well for Travis, I think he is excited, afraid, and wondering why he's doing this!!!!

Dallen Started School

It's here and Dallen is in the 9th grade at Bear River Middle School. He will get he's learners driving permit this year and pretty soon at that. Wow!!! Dallen has gotten so grown-up looking during 2009. We're proud of him in all he does to help out in the family and his example to others. Good doing's in school this year, Dal.

MAKENNA TURNED "1" ON THE THIRD!!!

Makenna shouldn't be 1 already. It's the greatest having her around, she brings us so much joy. I like how she is starting to really know who we are and smiles, reaches for us and works on the words of grandma and grandpa (notice I put grandma first!!!). We love her so much and are so glad that Makenna,Shantell and Cody are close by. We have great times together. It's a great season in life. Shantell and Cody had a super "I'm 1" birthday party for Makenna on the 28th of August. It was so nice. Shantell had spent many hours putting together Makenna's first year of pages in a scrapbook, she has done so many cute things in it and I'm proud that she shared it with everyone. I loved it, Shantell. Thanks for keeping the memories alive for Makenna.

I am so proud of you both, Megan and Travis. It is going to be a Great Journey. You have a special relationship, which has been going on since, What?, since you were 6 years old, Megan! This is destiny, be good to it and charish the time you have together. I Can't belive you have already been married 5 days. I'm excited for you to have many adventures together. I love you. MoM

Wedding Day has began...

Unbelieveible!!! It's here!!!
Here's the short version of the entire day!!! We started bright and early...Cleaning, setting up, decorating tables, putting supplies and food in kitchen, picking up cakes, waiting for flowers to come, doing last minute touch ups, taking pictures before it all really begins, hurrying home to get ready in a very short time, Going back to where it will all take place sooner than planned, all the family start to show up, everybody is getting ready for ceremony espeically Megan, the ceremony begins, words of wisdom to wedding couple and to all from the bishop, these two single people become now a married couple, vows and rings are exchanged, the ceremony ends with Bride Megan and Groom Travis kissing and congrads are given, we love the support of our family, food is prepared and served, pictures are taken, the reception begins, many wonderful people enter the room to share with this wedding couple in their new journey, the reception ends, and it's been an amazing day,Megan, Travis, Dad and Mom Zundel sit down for cake, we clean up just a little, Travis carries Megan out the door, we hear a tererible clanging noise, its on the back of the couples car. "Just Married" it says.

Sunday we went back to Crystal Hot Springs to do the opening of gifts and cards. It was a real treat. Megan and Travis enjoy the sentiments and thoughtfulness of family and friends. It was another wonderful day. Thing are "just right" with these two, it feels good for them to be together.

I can't believe what must happen before we have the Wedding!!

I'm worn out!!! All this running around. So much to do- So little time!!! It seems to crazy..."Pick up pressed wedding dress, buy food, gather decorations, wrap gifts, finish "Just Married"sign, save cans, pick up Tux, Make sure Megan doesn't forget the Keyboard or any other thing needed for the Wedding and so on and so on and so on... "
